Natural Sleep Sedative

Due to excretion of certain “sleep hormones,” masturbation results in a better sleep. You feel satisfied and drowsy right after an orgasm. So, if you are dealing with insomnia or sleep issues, take the matter in your hands and enjoy the rest after!

Prevents Cancer

As masturbation flushes the prostate gland, an Australian study in 2003 reported that men who ejaculated more than five times a week were one-third less likely to develop prostate cancer.

Fights Premature Ejaculation

Sex therapists suggest that men who experience premature ejaculation during intercourse can benefit from masturbation. If you make love to yourself 2 hours before sex, you can have longer duration of intercourse before another orgasm comes on.

Strong Muscles

Both men and women can look forward to stronger pelvic floor muscles, which leads to better sex. Additionally, masturbation helps to circulate blood flow to the genital region, keeping the veins and tissues in a healthy, active state.

Improves Your Immunity

Masturbation helps to boost your immune system- keeping common cold and hay fever away. Not to forget the obvious relief from stress and tension that follows the perfect, much needed orgasm.

It’s Safe

Masturbation is often regarded as a safest form of sex and easiest way to attain sexual satisfaction. There is absolutely no risk of getting pregnant or catching STD’s.

Once a taboo, masturbation has been a controversial subject. But, it’s certainly not something to be ashamed of. Instead, it’s a great way to stay happy and healthy. So, grab a vibrator and let yourself loose to explore your sexual fantasies. Or better yet, step out of the shower all fresh and clean and let your fingers do the trick!
